How to manage your profile, subscription, and account.
Account settings
Your account settings are accessible from the user menu in the top-right corner of the dashboard. Click your avatar or name and select Settings.
Profile
Update your personal details:
- Display name: the name shown in the dashboard.
- Email address: the email used to log in and receive notifications.
- Profile photo: upload a photo or avatar.
Subscription
This section shows your current plan and its status.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Your subscription is active and your server is running. |
| Trialing | You're in a trial period. |
| Past due | A payment failed. Update your payment method to avoid interruption. |
| Cancelled | Your subscription has been cancelled. |
Actions available
- Change plan: opens the billing portal where you can upgrade or downgrade your plan.
- View invoices: opens the billing portal to see a history of your payments.
- Cancel subscription: schedules a cancellation at the end of your current billing period. Your server stays active until then. If you cancel and change your mind, use Reactivate (available until the period ends).
Danger zone
Deleting your account
To permanently delete your account, click Delete account in the danger zone.
Account deletion is permanent. Once the grace period ends, your account, server, and all associated data are removed and cannot be recovered.
After you request deletion:
- Your account enters a 30-day grace period.
- During those 30 days, you can cancel the deletion by returning to Settings. A banner will show the option to cancel.
- After 30 days, the deletion is finalised and everything is permanently removed.
