Agreement to terms

1. By accessing or using Rapidbot (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
2. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through a notice on our Service. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Description of service

3. Rapidbot is a managed hosting platform for OpenClaw, an open-source AI assistant. The Service provisions a dedicated cloud server, connects it to your messaging platform of choice (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, and others), and manages the full infrastructure stack — security hardening, SSL, backups, and updates — so you can use your AI assistant without any DevOps knowledge.
4. You bring your own API key from your chosen AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and others); Rapidbot charges for hosting only. AI inference costs are billed directly by your provider.
5. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Account registration and security

6. To access the Service you must create an account with a valid email address, username, and secure password. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
7. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access, and all activity that occurs under your account — including all actions performed by your AI assistant. You may not share your account or create multiple accounts for abusive purposes.
8. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of the Service, or as required by law.

Subscriptions and payments

9. The Service offers monthly and annual subscription plans. All fees are displayed at checkout in your local supported currency and processed securely through Stripe. Because a dedicated server is provisioned exclusively for you upon signup, billing begins immediately.
10. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current plan price.
11. We may change subscription prices at any time. For existing subscriptions, price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and take effect at the next renewal, giving you the option to cancel before the new price applies.
12. Refund policy: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for partial months. Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of initial purchase. For disputed charges, contact [email protected] within 30 days.
13. You may cancel your subscription at any time via account settings, the Stripe customer portal, or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your server continues running until the end of the current billing period, a final backup is created, and the server is then destroyed.

Your server and API keys

14. The Service provisions a dedicated cloud server on Hetzner Cloud in the region you select. The server is managed by Rapidbot; you do not own the underlying infrastructure. SSH access is optionally available by providing a public key during setup. We are not responsible for any instability caused by changes you make via direct SSH access.
15. You are solely responsible for obtaining valid API keys from your chosen AI provider and complying with that provider's terms of service. All AI inference costs are incurred directly with your provider and are separate from Rapidbot subscription fees.

Intellectual property rights

16. All proprietary content, features, and functionality of the Rapidbot platform are owned by Rapidbot or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. OpenClaw is open-source software governed by its own licence. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or use the platform to build a competing managed hosting service.
17. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to store and process your configuration data solely to provision and maintain your server. We do not claim ownership of your data. Feedback you provide may be incorporated into the Service without compensation or attribution.

Acceptable use policy

18. You agree not to use the Service or your provisioned server to violate applicable laws or regulations, send unsolicited bulk messages or spam, infringe third-party intellectual property rights, or generate and distribute hate speech, illegal content, or materially misleading information.
19. You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to other users' servers or accounts, use your server to attack other systems or infrastructure, mine cryptocurrency, or run workloads unrelated to AI assistant operation on your provisioned server.
20. Violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account. Report violations to [email protected].

AI-generated content and automation

21. Your AI assistant is powered by a third-party AI provider using your own API key. AI responses and automated actions are inherently non-deterministic and may produce unexpected results. We do not guarantee that your assistant's responses will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any particular purpose.
22. You are solely responsible for supervising your assistant's actions, ensuring automated tasks comply with applicable laws and the terms of any platforms being accessed, and all consequences arising from your assistant's behaviour. You agree to indemnify Rapidbot from any claims arising from actions taken by your AI assistant on your behalf.

Third-party services

23. The Service integrates with Stripe, Hetzner Cloud, Cloudflare, Resend, AI providers and messaging platforms of your choice, and optional community skills. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or failures of any third-party service.

Disclaimers and limitations of liability

24. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, AI response accuracy, browser automation success, or continued functionality of community skills.
25. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or the equivalent of $100 USD in your billing currency. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Indemnification

26. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rapidbot and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or actions taken by your AI assistant on your behalf.

Termination

27. You may terminate your account at any time via account settings or by contacting support. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for breach of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, or at the request of law enforcement.
28. Upon termination, your server runs to the end of the current billing period, after which a final backup is created and the server is destroyed. You may request export of your backup or deletion of your data by contacting [email protected].

General provisions

29. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rapidbot. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. We are not liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them without restriction.
